I used the Skill hand held wet saw to cut several 1.125" slabs of marble. Each cut was 27.50 inches long. I chose to make several cuts increasing the depth of cut for each successive cut. I clamped a thin straight edge to the marble and the saw cut just fine producing a nice clean edge cut. This was a good buy on my part.

dont like having to hold extra button to use when cutting. i think it is redundant, causing operator to think about too many things. same on skil saw; just my 2 cents. have people that are experienced at using tools in field design safety features, not college boys.

I used this product to cut a 1-1/4" thick granite bathroom counter top. The saw worked great! I obtained a straight cut exactly as I marked out. The counter top was a perfect fit!

My husband used this saw to add a tile medallion to an existing tile floor. The saw cut the tile like butter. My husband recommends building a containment to catch the tile debris and water. He built his using strapping and plastic and there was very little mess. It cost about [$] and was well worth it. Use a wet/dry vac for the water. This saw made short work of what might have been a big job.
