This is the smallest of 3 drill presses that I own-lot of features for a small drill press. I was looking for a drill press to do small projects and I hit the jackpot-does everything I was looking for at a very affordable price; I am glad I kept looking when I was researching-can't beat the price and it meets my needs, just wish it was made in the good old U.S.A.!

I purchased the drill press because I was going to be starting a building project and I knew I would need to make a lot of precision holes in multiple sizes of wood. And I needed to route out some recesses at a particular depth. The drill press made quick work of both. Even using larger spade bits this drill press had no problem cutting right thru the wood. It was a great deal, too.

The 3320 was put to work on arrival and did not disappoint. The project involved fabricating wooden end and middle support fittings for a PVC pipe handrail. I used twist drills from 1/8-1/2" and Forstner bits up to 2" in orthogonal and angle drilling, but have not yet tried the laser.
The 2 1/2" quill travel was an annoying limitation common to inexpensive bench top presses; I found myself clamping the work then holding down the quill while cranking up the table. The table tilt adjustment is less than gorgeous in that it is hard to get a precise lock at a given angle and at some point I will look into acquiring a folding handle bolt like the crank lock. Another annoyance is the single lock for both crank and table turn which causes unwanted turn with height adjustment.
Otherwise, no problems. Adequate power, assembled easily and quickly, sturdy, quiet in operation and a great location for the on/off switch, appreciated when the rotation is not limited to the chuck, lol. It is not a $500 floor press, but I doubt that many 3320 buyers could justify such.
One tip-- if you use the table tilt, keep a selection of clamps and wood blocks handy. One setup, for a 2" hole at 30 degrees, required 2 blocks and 4 clamps.
